- Norfloxacin and Metronidazole Oral suspension is a combination drug containing antibacterial and anti-amoebic medication, primarily used to treat dysentery and diarrhoea caused due to amoeba.
- In addition, it is also used to treat infections caused due to microbes. Amoebic dysentery can be caused due to Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia lamblia or Clostridium difficile.
